Guess who’s back… back again… meth-injected Golf R is back… tell your friends!

Yes, the “World Famous” meth-injected Volkswagen Golf R (aka Arthur’s Golf R) is back on the site! For those of you who will remember, Calvin brought this special hot hatch from a 75-year-old chap called Arthur back in 2018. Arthur was a little more fun than your usual OAP, and had meticulously rebuilt and tuned it from a ‘standard’ Golf R to a 600 bhp meth-injected beast. 🔥

Unfortunately in 2021 the car was sadly involved in an unknown accident resulting in it becoming category S, but then later that year ended up on Planet of Dreams as our very first major giveaway, where it got the usual tuning and visual loving to make it a fantastic example of a truly epic car.

Three years later however, and it’s BACK! In case you’re new to this Golf R, here’s the rundown:

Power wise it’s now running a slightly less insane 530 bhp as standard, as the previous owners found it to be the perfect balance between power and reliability – although there’s nothing to stop you turning it back up to 600 bhp (or more) if you win! Plus with only 58,000 miles on the clock, the car has only done a mere 7,000 miles or so since we last gave it away. What a gem. 💎
