Check out the FAQs below for answers to the most common questions we receive.

Once your payment has been successfully processed your tickets will be listed within the “History” section of your Planet of Dreams account.

Please note that our system can take up to 15 – 20 minutes (when the site is very busy) before you receive a confirmation email and can view your ticket numbers within your account.

Rest assured, if your payment was successful, you will be entered into the draw, and your entries will be displayed as soon as our system processes them.

You can update this by using a new payment method when making a transaction on Planet of Dreams. You will have the option of ticking the checkbox labelled “Save card details for future payments at checkout”.

If you wish to view and delete other payment methods, you can do so via your “Billing page” when you are logged into your account.

Live draws typically take place on a Sunday night when we are giving away a car.

You can join the live draw on our Instagram or TikTok channel.

We go live from around 8:45 pm and the winner is chosen and contacted live around 9pm.

If you miss a draw, you can watch the recording of it on our Instagram and TikTok page.

When you win a prize, you will receive an email to the email address you signed up to Planet of Dreams with. This prize will also be displayed when you next log into your account.

You can always check by viewing your wins page, which is located on the History page. You will see two tabs, one for entries and one for wins.

We would strongly recommend that you check the postal address in your Planet of Dreams account is accurate as we will send your prize to this address.

If you would like to request a cash alternative for a prize you won, you must inform us as soon as possible. On your winning email, it will inform you of your cash alternative.

Simply reply directly to the winning email you received your bank details. Alternatively, you can contact us from the email address you use to log into your Planet of Dreams account.

Please note that once the deadline to request a cash alternative passes, we can only offer you the prize and not the cash alternative.

Certain prizes are fulfilled quicker than others. If you have won a prize which contains Boosts then these are typically added to your account within a couple of days. Cash alternatives, cash prizes, and vouchers are typically fulfilled within a week.

It usually takes 4 – 6 weeks to fulfil physical prizes, but this is often quicker. In some situations, we are waiting on the delivery from our suppliers which can impact how quickly we can then send the prize to you.

We will send you a dispatched email once we have confirmation your prize has been processed at the Post Office.

If you have not received your prize within 4 weeks, feel free to drop us an email and we’ll be able to provide you with an update.

For all car sales enquiries, please send an email to sales@binca.co.uk.

Please provide as much relevant information about the car, including photos, history, and the price you’re to sell the car for. If your car is of interest, then you will hear back from Binca directly.

You can cancel a Dreamcatcher subscription from within the Billing area of your Planet of Dreams. Once your subscription is cancelled there will be no further payments taken.

As entries are paid in advance, so your subscription will remain active until the final draw within your 30-day period. This is to ensure that any entries you paid for as part of your Dreamcatcher subscription are retained.

After this point your account will be downgraded automatically, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when this happens.

You can edit these details by visiting the “Personal” and “Address” pages when you’re logged into your Planet of Dreams account.

Please email support@planetofdreams.co.uk from the email address you use to log into your Planet of Dreams account with a request to delete your account permanently.

One of our team will then delete your account and confirm this has been done via email.
