General
- By entering a Draw (either by Dreamcatcher Subscription or Free Entry), Entrants confirm that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. By entering a Draw by Free Entry, each Entrant confirms that they have read and accept these terms and conditions.
- Entering a Planet of Dreams Draw is categorised as a “free draw”, which falls outside the legal definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005, as there is an option to enter every Draw for free (as an alternative to paying a subscription to enter). Planet of Dreams Draws are not lotteries and are permitted without the need for any licence.
- For details of how to enter each Draw by Free Entry, please see section 3.3 below.
-
When entering a Draw either by Dreamcatcher Subscription or Free Entry, Entrants must submit their contact details as required by the Promoter which will be used for the following purposes:
- to notify the Winner of a Draw that they have won a Prize; and
- to post the Winner’s first name, initial and town of residence on the Website;
- in any other way set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Each user is permitted one account and one account only. Any duplicate accounts found will result in an instant ban for life from our platform.
-
The Draw
- A Draw is open only to individuals resident in the United Kingdom and over the age of 18. Employees of the Promoter or any person connected with the Promoter (through family, professional or commercial association) are also restricted from participating in a Draw. If an Entrant is found to be under the age of 18 or an employee of, or connected with, the Promoter, any Prize allocation won will be null and void.
- An Entrant may only enter a Draw in their own name. They may not enter a Draw on behalf of or in the name of any other person.
- Entrants acknowledge that payment to enter a Draw does not guarantee that they will win a Prize.
- The Entrants and the Promoter recognise that each Draw, its administration and all associated activities are governed by the laws of England and Wales and acknowledge that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Draw or its administration.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an Entry or to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be fraudulent or illegal.
-
Entry to a Draw
- Each Draw will state the closing date for that Draw.
-
Dreamcatcher Subscription: To enter a Draw via Dreamcatcher Subscription, an Entrant must register for an account on the Website and provide valid contact details including their postal address, e-mail address and telephone number, along with valid payment information. Dreamcatcher Subscriptions automatically enter the Entrant 20, 80 or 200 times into every Draw on the Website during the active billing period, depending on the subscription tier (£9.99, £19.99, or £39.99 per month respectively).
If an Entrant’s subscription is cancelled, they will continue to receive Entries for Draws that close within 30 days of their last successful payment. After this 30-day period, the subscription is considered inactive and the Entrant will not receive Entries into any future Draws. Any Entries previously generated for Draws closing after that 30-day window will be declared void. The Dreamcatcher Subscription only applies to the active billing period, and Entries are valid only within that timeframe.
The Promoter does not guarantee any minimum number of Draws per month as part of the Dreamcatcher Subscription.
- Free Entry Route: To enter a Draw by Free Entry, an Entrant must register for an account on the Website and provide their contact details including their postal address, e-mail address and a telephone number. Each Draw can only be entered manually on the Website once by selecting the “Enter for Free” button on the Draw which will enter the Entrant into that Draw once only.
- Via the website, there is a maximum of one (1) Free Entry to each Draw per individual. However, an individual can enter multiple Draws on the Website for free using the method at 3.3. An individual can also enter a Draw by Free Entry as many times as any equivalent Dreamcatcher Subscription via postal entry. To enter via post, you must send an unenclosed postcard by first class to the Promoter at the following address: Planet of Dreams Ltd, 25 Park Street West, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3BE. Each free entry must be submitted and posted separately and include your full account information, the Draw title and it’s respective URL. Multiple entries sent in one envelope will not be accepted nor will any that arrive on or after the Draw’s draw date.
- Each Free Entry to a Draw will be treated in exactly the same way as an entry by paying for a Dreamcatcher Subscription.
- All Entries to Draws are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of Entries submitted after the Closing Date or if the Promoter cancels the Draw (see 8 below).
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of any Draw.
- Entrants agree that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to any Draw run by the Promoter.
- In addition to the above entry routes, the Promoter may grant Draw entries as rewards through promotional features such as Space Chests or Space Missions. These entries, where granted, function identically to entries acquired via Dreamcatcher Subscription or Free Entry, but are issued at the Promoter’s discretion as part of separate gameplay or reward mechanics. They do not constitute a regulated method of entry and are not guaranteed.
- Dreamcatcher Subscriber Exclusive Draws: From time to time, the Promoter may operate special Draws that are exclusively available to Entrants with an active Dreamcatcher Subscription. These Draws may include unique Prizes or rewards that are not accessible through other entry routes such as Free Entry via the Website, Boost, Space Chests, Space Missions, Fast Track, or any other promotional or gameplay features. Entrants without an active Dreamcatcher Subscription may still enter these Draws via postal entry only, as outlined in the Free Entry Route section above. All other Terms and Conditions relating to Draws, Winners, Prizes, and eligibility apply equally to Dreamcatcher Subscriber Exclusive Draws unless otherwise stated.
-
Closing date of each Draw
- Each Draw will close when the date and time shown in each Draw as the Closing Date is reached. Draws will take place irrespective of the number of entries.
-
Selection of the Winner
- The Winner of each Draw will be the person whose allocated number is selected at random from all Entrants (whether entering by Dreamcatcher Subscription or Free Entry) using the Random Number Generator.
- Any Winner whose payment transaction has been cancelled, reversed or is subject to any chargeback (before or after a Draw) will not be permitted to claim a Prize. If the Prize has already been delivered to the Winner in this situation, then the Winner must immediately return the Prize to the Promoter at the Winner’s own expense. The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action to recover any Prize allocated to a Winner (or the value of the Prize where it has already been used) whose payment transaction was cancelled, reversed or subject to a chargeback at any time.
- Unless stated there will only be one Winner per Draw.
- The Promoter will try to contact each Winner by e-mail or telephone only, using the contact details held in the Entrant’s account.
- If a Winner cannot be contacted by the Promotor within seven (7) working days of a Draw, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promotor will select an alternative Winner using the same random number generator built into the Promoter’s platform that was used for the selection of the initial winner. The alternative Winner will then be notified in the same way and will have seven (7) days to accept the Prize. This process will continue until an alternate Winner is found.
- The original Winner will have no claim to a Prize once an alternative Winner has been selected.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of a Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- If in any event a Draw has not been drawn and/or the initial Winner was been found to have cheated in ways including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or exploiting glitches, the Draw will be readded for a future week.
-
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the advertised closing date or draw date of any Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This may include, but is not limited to, mechanical issues with a vehicle, the Prize not meeting the Promoter’s quality standards, or external delays affecting prize preparation, stocking or delivery.
In such circumstances, the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify Entrants of the revised draw date via the Website or by email. Entrants acknowledge that these changes may be necessary to maintain fairness, safety, and the integrity of the Draw.
-
Prize
- Title to a Prize is retained by the Promoter until it is handed over to the Winner. Once the Winner takes possession of the Prize all risk and title in the Prize passes to the Winner.
- The Promoter does not imply or give any warranty in relation to a Prize or warrant the value or condition of a Prize.
- The Prize is as stated of the Website for each Draw.
- If the Prize is an experience, the Prize may allow the Winner to choose from a range of experiences, all with a similar value.
- If the Prize is a vehicle, the Promoter will transfer ownership of the vehicle to the Winner by sending the V5 registration document to DVLA. For vehicles, the Winner is responsible for insurance and road tax as well as maintenance, repairs, warranties or any other ownership-related expenses from the point of collection.
- Where the Prize is a vehicle it must be collected from the Promoter’s address.
- Where the Prize is a vehicle, any mileage, condition, or specifications stated on the Website are accurate at the time of listing but may change prior to delivery due to ongoing use for promotional purposes, filming, maintenance, or other operational needs. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty that the mileage, condition, or appearance will remain the same at the point of delivery. The Winner accepts that mileage may increase, and that minor wear, tear, or cosmetic changes may occur, and the Promoter shall not be liable for any variations in mileage, condition, or appearance of the vehicle at the time of delivery.
-
Where the Prize includes a motoring package (for example, “1 Year of Motoring”), the Winner will receive either the motoring package alone or in addition to a vehicle, as stated on the Website. The motoring package may include, but is not limited to, contributions towards insurance, road tax, MOT, warranty, and fuel allowance, with the exact duration, amounts, and inclusions determined by the Promoter at the time of the Draw.
The Winner is responsible for providing accurate information to claim the Prize (such as name, address, date of birth, and any required documentation for insurance, registration, or warranty purposes). Any portion of the motoring package not used by the Winner (e.g., if insurance costs are below the contribution limit) will not be refunded or exchanged. The Promoter shall not be liable for additional costs beyond those listed above. The motoring package is non-transferable except as required by law, and the Promoter may make reasonable substitutions for individual elements of the package in the event of unavailability. The Winner must comply with all requirements for use, licensing, insurance, and safety.
- For all other Prizes, the Promoter will pay for the cost of delivering the Prize to the Winner at Winner’s address in the United Kingdom and will insure the Prize until it is delivered to Winner’s address.
- When delivering a Prize, the Promoter will attempt to do so in accordance with the delivery provider’s redelivery schedule (typically 2–3 times) before it is returned to the Promoter’s address. Any Prize returned to us after multiple unsuccessful deliveries will not be reattempted again, and instead be readded as a new Draw for a future week.
- If the Prize is an experience, it will be for a set number of people to enjoy an experience in the UK, as stated on the Website and listed as the Prize for a Draw. The Prize does not include any insurance, the cost of travel, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses, and all such costs will be the responsibility of the Winner, unless stated otherwise on the Website.
- Where the Prize is an experience, the Winner may be required to provide their full name, address, date of birth and identification (such as a driver’s license or passport) to the Promoter so that experience can be arranged. The Winner is solely responsible for providing correct information to the Promoter in this regard and for ensuring that the Winner and any person travelling with the Winner are legally allowed and available to travel for the experience in question on the travel dates specified.
- Where a Draw Prize is eligible for a cash alternative, this will be clearly indicated on the Website. The Promoter may, at its discretion, offer a cash alternative or an alternative Prize in place of the advertised Prize. If a cash alternative is offered, the Winner must respond with their bank details within three days of notification, or the Promoter will proceed with delivering the physical Prize by post or courier.
- The Winner may be required to provide proof of their identity and/or age at the time the Prize is collected or delivered.
- The Winner is responsible for all taxes, duties and charges in relation to receipt of the Prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The Winner will be denied a prize if found of having multiple accounts and/or cheating the system in any way. Each user is permitted one account and one account only. Any duplicate accounts found will result in an instant ban for life from our platform.
-
Boost
- Boost is a gamified credit mechanic used on the Website to obtain entries into Draws. The term “Boost” is used consistently across both earned and paid contexts, though the method of awarding or using Boost differs depending on how it is obtained.
- Boost earned through gameplay (such as Space Missions) is referred to as Free Boost and is added to the user’s Boost balance. Each Free Boost has an internal fixed value of £1.00. The number of entries one Boost provides is calculated based on the cost-per-entry of the chosen Draw. For example, if a Draw costs £0.03 per entry, one Boost grants 33 entries (£1.00 ÷ £0.03). Where the calculation results in a decimal, the number of entries is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
- Users with an active Dreamcatcher Subscription will receive double the standard entry value per Boost. Using the above example, one Boost would grant 48 entries instead of 24.
- Boost may also be obtained by purchasing Boost Bundles. Each Boost Bundle contains a fixed number of Boost which functions identically to regular Boost in granting entries into Draws. Purchasing a Boost Bundle adds the contained Boost to the user’s Boost balance, which can then be used across Draws in the same way as earned Boost.
- Boost is also used as a label for direct entry purchases. In this case, users do not purchase Boost as a balance. Instead, they are purchasing Draw entries directly at the defined cost-per-entry, with Boost used as a frontend label to reflect the same mechanic. For example, spending £4.00 on a Draw priced at £0.04 per entry results in 100 entries, shown as Boost.
- Boost and Boost obtained via Boost Bundles have no standalone monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The Promoter may amend the value, usage, or availability of Boost or Boost Bundles without notice.
- Entries granted through Boost, whether earned, purchased via Boost Bundles, or obtained through direct entry purchases, function identically to other valid Draw entries but do not constitute a formal method of entry as defined under Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
-
Boost Bundles
- Boost Bundles are fixed-amount packages of Boost that can be purchased or won through gameplay features, such as Spin the Wheel, or promotional events.
- Each Boost Bundle contains a set number of Boost, each of which functions identically to regular Boost in granting entries into Draws, as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- Boost Bundles have no standalone monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- The Promoter may amend the availability, composition, pricing, or method of obtaining Boost Bundles at any time without notice.
-
Play & Earn
- Play & Earn is a progression-based reward system through which users earn experience points (“XP”) by interacting with various features on the Website, including Draw entries and gameplay elements.
- XP is earned by entering Draws using Boost, the Free Entry Route, or Fast Track, as well as by completing levels in Space Missions. The amount of XP awarded per Draw is based on the Boost value associated with that Draw. In Space Missions, XP is awarded based on how many levels the user successfully completes.
- As users accumulate XP, they progress through a Rank system. Each new Rank unlocks a reward. All users receive a reward at every Rank. Free users receive Draw entries only. Dreamcatcher Subscribers receive all the rewards granted to free users, along with additional entries and/or Boost.
- XP, Ranks and Play & Earn rewards are account-bound, non-transferable and hold no cash value. The Promoter may amend XP rates, Rank thresholds, or rewards at any time without notice.
-
Fast Track
- Fast Track is a paid feature that allows users to enter all currently active Draws on the Website in a single transaction. The cost of Fast Track is £2.49 per use.
- The number of entries received depends on the number of active Draws at the time of purchase. For example, if 100 Draws are live, Fast Track will submit one entry into each, resulting in 100 entries.
- XP is awarded for each Draw entered via Fast Track. The amount of XP per Draw is based on the Boost value of that Draw, in the same manner as Boost-based entry.
- Fast Track is optional and available to all users. Fast Track is final once purchased and cannot be cancelled or refunded. The Promoter may modify the price, scope or availability of Fast Track at any time.
-
Space Chests
- Space Chests are virtual reward containers that guarantee a prize when opened. They may be purchased directly or awarded through gameplay or promotions at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Each Space Chest contains a randomly selected reward from a predefined pool. Rewards may include Draw entries, automotive-specific Draw entries, Boost, or in rare cases, large reward bundles containing a mixture of those items.
- Chest types may include, but are not limited to, Gold, Platinum, Rhodium, Plutonium, and Californium. Certain types such as Tritium may only be available through promotional events or as rewards exclusively within Space Missions.
- The type of Space Chest determines the potential reward pool and relative rarity of higher-value items. The specific probabilities and contents may vary between chest types.
- All Space Chest outcomes are final. Space Chests are consumed upon opening, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and hold no cash value.
- The Promoter may change the contents, reward structure, or availability of Space Chests at any time. Space Chests may also be issued for promotional, gameplay, or support-related purposes, including user engagement, feedback, or goodwill.
-
Space Missions
- Space Missions are interactive, chance-based games in which users progress through up to ten levels. Each level grants a reward selected at random. After receiving the reward, the user may choose to exit the Mission and keep it, or continue to the next level and risk losing that level’s reward.
- Each level contains a single reward. Rewards may include Boost, other promotional items, or Space Chests – including rarer chest types not otherwise obtainable through standard purchase. The outcome at each level is determined by a secure and verifiable randomisation process. Directional choices made by the user (e.g. up, down, left, right) are for interactive purposes only and do not influence the result.
- Each Space Mission costs £1.00 to enter, unless otherwise stated. Space Missions may also be awarded to users for free. A free Mission is typically granted to new users upon registration as a one-time trial.
- XP is awarded for each successfully completed level in a Space Mission. The total XP earned depends on how many levels the user successfully completes. No XP is awarded if the user fails on the first level or chooses not to proceed beyond it.
- Space Missions are consumed upon play. All outcomes are final. Rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, or reattempted. The Promoter may modify pricing, success probabilities, reward structures, or gameplay functionality at any time without notice.
- The Promoter may award additional Space Missions to users as part of promotions, re-engagement campaigns, gameplay incentives, or goodwill in support-related situations.
-
Spin the Wheel
- Spin the Wheel is a chance-based gameplay feature on the Website consisting of a wheel with multiple segments.
- Entrants may spin the Wheel to win rewards, which may include Draw entries, Boost, Boost Bundles, Space Chests, or other prizes as determined by the Promoter.
- Each spin is final, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Participation in Spin the Wheel does not guarantee winning a specific reward. Rewards earned via Spin the Wheel function in accordance with the rules set out for each reward type in these Terms and Conditions.
- Spin the Wheel may be offered free of charge or for a fee, including as part of promotional events. The Promoter reserves the right to change the cost, rewards, probabilities, or availability at any time without notice.
- Rewards won via Spin the Wheel, including Boost, Boost Bundles, Space Chests, or other prizes, function identically to the same items when obtained through purchase, gameplay, or other promotional features, and remain non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash value.
-
Promotions, Offers and Events
- The Promoter may run promotions, offers, discounts, or special events on subscriptions, Draw entries, Boost, Boost Bundles, Space Chests, Spin the Wheel, or other features on the Website. These may include limited-time price reductions, bonus rewards, or additional entries.
- Promotional events may be seasonal, themed, aesthetic, or tied to specific campaigns (for example, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, or other occasions). Such events may include free rewards, altered pricing, or purely visual or decorative changes to the Website. Participation in these events does not guarantee a specific reward unless explicitly stated.
- The Promoter reserves the right to determine which promotions, offers, or events are available, their duration, the nature of rewards, and any eligibility criteria. Offers, rewards, and events may be modified, postponed, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time without notice.
- Any rewards or benefits obtained through promotions or events, including Boost, Boost Bundles, Space Chests, or rewards from Spin the Wheel or other gameplay features, are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as standard Draw entries or rewards and remain non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and hold no cash value.
- The Winner is responsible for providing accurate information to claim any reward or benefit issued as part of a promotion or event. The Promoter shall not be liable for any lost, unused, or partially used rewards, nor for any costs or expenses incurred by a Winner beyond those explicitly included in the promotion or event.
-
Miscellaneous
- The Promoter will publish information indicating that each Draw took place and a Winner was awarded the Prize. The Winner will be given the option to consent to the Promoter displaying their full name and photograph or other personal details on the Website. Where consent is given, the Winner’s name, town and photo will be posted on the Website.
- The Winner will be given the option to consent to photo(s) and or video(s) being taken for promotional purposes.
- Entrants authorise the Promoter to enter their personal details into Promoter’s database and to use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and administering the Draw, distributing a Prize to a Winner or following the distribution and use (or enjoyment) of a Prize by a Winner.
- If the Prize is an experience, the Winner will be required to obtain insurance as necessary to cover all risks to the Winner and any companion whilst during an experience. The Promoter will not be liable for any risks, losses or liabilities incurred after a Prize has been delivered to a Winner or experience has commenced.
- The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this Website.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete Entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any Entry which it does not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
- An Entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the Entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website. In this situation the Promoter may also, at its absolute discretion, prevent an Entrant or any individual from entering any future Draw (whether by paid or Free Entry) and may cancel that individual’s account.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel draws, winners or prizes in the event of technical issues including but not limited to code, servers, performance and hacking.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately published on the Website and it is each Entrant’s responsibility to check the Website for any changes to these terms and conditions.
-
Cancellation
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Draw at any time. If a Draw is cancelled, the Promoter will offer an alternative Draw with a Prize of equal value.
-
Data and Privacy Policy
- Each Entrant and the Promoter recognise that the Promoter may use the contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018 supplied by an Entrant to the Promoter to both administer the Website and conduct the Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and only as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Each Entrant and the Promoter acknowledge that the Promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.
